Royalties have been paid on all of our “Propagation Prohibited” varieties including this Black Ripple. Black Ripple was once known as Puckered Up. Very unique 3 dimensional leaves with striking color. One of the most attractive elephant ears. Bushy and compact plant that produces numerous deeply puckered, shiny, dark chocolate-purple leaves. Stems are near black and thick. Grows to about 4 feet high and wide. Light 65%-73% shade, likes high light, but will do reasonable well in 80% shade. Exposure: Likes high light but can do well in mostly shade. Zone: 8-11. You will be receiving 1 plant between 3 & 8 inches in a 3 inch deep pot.
