Open the velcro tape on the back and take out the battery box, using a screw to open it and install 3 AA batteries (NOT included) , tighten the screws and turn the switch to “ON” side, and stick the velcro tape. Then you just need to find the button on the hand of the elephant(it may not be right under the sticker, but do not worry, it must be around it). Just press the button when you find it, and it will start glow and minutes later, it will change into different colors, please be patient and thank you for your undstanding. Additionally, we installed a 30 minute timer inside, it will turn off automatically if you do not touch the on-off in 30 minutes.
